Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once dispatched, delivery times typically range between the following, depending on your location:
United States & Europe: 5–14 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods).
During promotions or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order by:
- Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the “Track Order” page on our website
- Logging into your account and viewing your order status
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs duties depending on your country’s regulations.

- Payment of these charges is required to release your shipment
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
- You may request a cancellation or modification within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us at support@elliotvaughn.com
- After this window, we cannot guarantee changes
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may mark items as delivered before final drop-off
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation
- If no resolution is reached within 14 days, contact us at support@elliotvaughn.com, and we will assist you
We are not responsible for deliveries made to temporary or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
